Pull up a couch. It's cool in the Lounge. Just remember to be a good neighbor.

Hugh thread on ADV about this too. Not sure It will come to the USA yet. I may be wrong though.

A 800 version would be nice with waymore off road capabilities than this thing. I sure hope Honda steps up and gives us a cool gravel runner.

I never thought I would defend KLRs but they do not have geometric diarrhea as does this Honda. No doubt it will be reliable and predictable but it is aesthetically one of the worst examples of motorcycle design I have seen. I presume it is over 500 lbs. as well. Can you imagine trying to ride it up or down some of the trails around Ouray? a KLR would be superior and it would get you from KC to western CO to ride those trails. Now my KTM 525 on the other hand is elegantly light, blazingly fast and handles those trails with ease. Would I ride it from KC to CO? Yes, but them I am, uh, on the edge.

Yea I just dont get it. They cant come up with something simular looking to the 990 Adv. They have the greatest twin motor they could put in it ( out of the RC 51). It doesnt take 2 brain cells to know it would sell fairly well. Hell any big dually that looks like it could do the Dakar Rally would sell good. I think they are really missing the boat here. All thier bikes are 80s technology. Africa Twin never made it here. Trans Alp is few and far between. XRR is no more. XRL looks exactly the same as it did in 1980. I mean......REALLY HONDA..........REALLY????

I HOPE!!! They take notice now after the BMW 800, Triumph 800, 990 ADV, Yamahas Tenri 660 and 1200. I would think somebody in Honda would have a light bulb come on.

The thing that strikes me about the bike is that it looks, at first glance, to be fairly well "pre farkeled" Guards, Lights, ect. The other thing is the panniers............... they look exactly like the expanding bags BMW offers. When I look at it I see BMW....... not saying that's good or bad, just interesting.
