TRAIL RIDE AT SCHOOL CREEK SUNDAY MARCH 15

Post by KC »

The weather looks good and I am itching to get out and ride some trails :!: I am driving up to Milford/School Creek tomorrow with a friend. We plan on being there around 11. Blow the dust off those bikes and come on out. We have room for 4 if a couple more from the Wichita area want to haul up with us.

Hmm. There was a couple of us Manhattan area folks discussing a trip to School creek tomorrow. Let you know what we decide.

You guys have a good time, I'm stuck in a hotel in Manhattan with a sick child. :-(

My son's first experience in Aggieville and he threw up on the street in front of the purple pig! My wife and daughter decided to drop us off at the hotel and headed out shopping. So think about me tomorrow...

Isn't your son about five? We can be wild in Aggieville, but we usually limit the beer gong until they turn 21. We should get to School creek sometime around 12 tomorrow.

Had a BLAST guys! Mac and I found Widowmaker. Uhh, no thanks, I'll pass and live to ride another day! I was showing Tim the long hillclimb and the end of the bowl (the one Mac tried to backflip out of  ) and a guy came along and asked if I was going to try it. Heck no! I moved my bike and he launched up the vertical hill twice. Nuts! He was in the air a good 20 feet below the ground I was on, then his tires came up to my head and landed. Awesome to see!

Man I have never been and keep hearing about this place! I so woulda been game but just got back from the dunes last night. Next time anyone plans to go I would love to tag along with the YZ250!
