Looks like I will be heading down Thursday morning from Smithville. I have a trailer with room for one or two more bikes if anyone wants to split the gas bill of my 06 Trailblazer. If not, I will use my receiver rack.
My plan is to return Sunday morning.

Be sure to pack your water wings this year. Friend of mine has relatives living near Eureka Springs, they said the lake levels are really high. The Corps is holding back water to control flooding farther down river. Hopefully it will stay dry the rest of the week and the creek levels will go down. Should make for some interesting erosion washes too.

Unfortunately, chances of rain basically every day. Your Saturday looks good, though. Remember that the area is very rocky with a thin layer of soil over the rock. I've taken off on a ride in the rain and 30 minutes after the rain stopped, the dust was kicking up again. Even the ATV trails are doable in the rain. The problem, as you know, will be the water-crossings. Low-water bridges will be high-water bridges! It is an adventure!
