Checking in....all is good

Pull up a couch. It's cool in the Lounge. Just remember to be a good neighbor.

Checking in....all is good

Post by MoRidin »

...well mostly.

The end is in site! 30 days and a wakeup!

This has been a hell of an experience and if nothing else has taught me what a blessing the life I have is. This is a life lesson I wish I could teach my kids..yet at the same time, I hope they never see this.

Nothing much to do at this point. My replacement is do in soon and after some turnover, I catch the rotator out of here to Qatar for turn-in and decomp days. Then back to the States. Praise God!

I will have lots of pics and stories to share at one of our upcoming rides! Speaking of, lets start talking about doing it up for spring again in the Ozarks. I mean...in style. The big house, catered vittles...the whole nine-yards.

...and then maybe Moab after Easter???

Anyone???

Peace,

Sean

It's good to hear from you Sean! And to hear that you are OK. Thanks for going over and doing your part...so I don't have to!

I think a "Welcome Home Sean Ride" in the beautiful lodge house sounds great; I've been wanting to stay there again sometime.

Glad to read all is well.

I guess I can do without the river out back and stay in the nice lodge! :D

Take care,
Mike.

Sean, good to hear from you, and to find out all is well. I never made it to a war or conflict so I can't imagine what you are going through. Thanks for doing what you do!

Speaking of Moab do you remember zooming down a highway at about 95mph and passing a county mountie going the other way? I will never forget the feeling of high blood pressure and adrenaline on the last 3 miles of that ride when we were trying to get to the cabins before he caught us.

Please be safe and come home soon, David Hemphill
