Pull up a couch. It's cool in the Lounge. Just remember to be a good neighbor.

DS Shops in the area???

Post by iyeager »

Looking for a Dual Sport shop in the area. I've been using Cafe Racer for all my two-wheeled needs, but they are mostly focused on sportbikes and their derivatives and look at me funny when I bring in my Strom with TKC's on it. Not to mention that Greg's getting pretty old and grumpy now-a-days. Mainly, I need someone to replace to grip warmers on the Strom and sort through the extra wiring that's been added and figure out what's wrong, and how to fix it. So maybe any good shops that specialize in electrics, too.

Me and electricals don't get along. It's a sad fact of nature.

I have not tried this shop, but I did talk with him about my overheating problem. He seemed to know what he was doing. Plus $37.00 an hour for a labor rate is hard to beat!

I didn't think Jim knew about anything other than Yamaha's.
