Keeping that street legal 2-stroke plated in MO just got quite a bit easier

MO has finally moved to remove the bi-annual vehicle inspection requirement for non-commercial vehicles (pending the remainder of the legislative process). I would assume that if you have a plated 2-stroke now (less than 5 years old), renewing your plates should be a breeze.
