Sedalia-Warsaw Sat June 3 Big Bike

I plan on riding the Sedalia-Warsaw area and doing some of their rougher roads. We'll have to skip the two real stream crossings that EdM has found (best done in drier conditions) but there'll be plenty of little water crossing, mud and rutted roads.

Well it was a nice day for riding some pretty scenic roads. I'd say that last storm in beginning of May made MODOT go and scrape every one of those that crossed streams. I was hoping some would still be all tore up but those roads like Locust, McCasland, Peter Pan, Trail Creek, Proctor, Franklin, & others were actually in the best shape I have ever seen them in. You could see alot of downed trees and lumber companies at work in some areas.

Sorry I missed this! Let me know when you're going out again. Been out a bunch this year practicing gravel riding but still got the stock tires so can't handle mud well.

I usually ride after work one day a week in the summer, like Thursday. Since it's light until late. Sometimes I hit perry atv trails first, the easy west side only.

If you can get off work by 3 too be at scranton or Perry by 4 join in!
