Disney Oklahoma this weekend
2 of us plan on loading up Friday evening and going to Disney to ride Saturday and Sunday, anyone is welcome to join. Haven't made plans on where to stay or anything, we may just camp if it comes down to it.

Re: Disney Oklahoma this weekend
Nice video i'm even more excited to go now, these past couple days have been dragging on. I even worked on my bikes and got them ready in the garage instead of in the parking lot before riding... great advice Savage i'll have to remember to do that every time. I will still lube the chain out of habit though

Make sure you have pontoons on your bikes.

Good point! If the lake is up and they have those dams open, much of what we rode would be either under water or inaccessible. Assuming. Call Hogan.ajayhawkfan wrote:Make sure you have pontoons on your bikes.

Thanks i'll have to watch that and call them before we got too close. If it's not rideable then Chadwick is option #2, Is there any good public camping areas around Chadwick? I see one on the map called Cobb Ridge, would I be able to show up to that one and pitch a tent?
Re: Disney Oklahoma this weekend
Chadwick can still be ridden even during rain because it's so rocky and has plenty of high ground. The campgrounds are very nice. You can get really nice, low-cost cabins right across from the park here:DanielKeimTS wrote:Thanks i'll have to watch that and call them before we got too close. Talked to the guy at Hogan's and he said we should be ok this weekend and there will be plenty of terrain to ride, should be a good time. Suppose to be sunny and warm Saturday and Sunday, I'm taking my arm floaties just in case

Re: Disney Oklahoma this weekend
Had one of the best times i've ever had on 2 wheels, can't wait to go back. The traction is awesome, in the woods and in the spillways, we made it up some of the toughest hillclimbs I ever tried. Only lost 1 skidplate and definitely got my money's worth out of the pipe gaurd and hand gaurds

WOOHOO!
Re: Disney Oklahoma this weekend
Please post up if you go back. I'd love to join you. It just wasn't in the cards this past weekend. The unlimited traction makes for some FUN riding.
