If you didnt pick up the April issue of National Geographic, it had a nice 10 page write up on the Flint Hills. Nothing outstanding but mentioned Strong City, Chase county and the Tall Grass Prairie Preserve. Some great pictures too. I was very happy to see this. Says it is the last of open range Tall Grass Prairie in the Nation. My beloved Flint hills has made National Geographic History :D
