Sold my house!!!!!!!!!!

Been on the market a couple months I imagine. Listed for 117,500. Sold for 117, but I have to buy a home warranty and pay 3200 in closing costs to get her to buy it. Not going to make much since I was only there a couple years, but it's better than nuttin. I don't have to pay $800+/mo in payments and utilities and since I am 800 miles from it that makes me feel better. Plus I have to pay rent here also.

I highly bought i would ever go on a bike trip that far north, but time will tell

Try not to rub our noses too hard in the fact you are not under snow and ice down there.

I think it was 64 when I woke up and high in the 70's today.
I will be complaining when the heat comes, trust me.
