Ok I have been working on this for 3 hrs now with nothing. How do you post a pic from Pisca. I right up my post, click the Img button then copy the URL into it. It still yields nothing but code in the final post. What am I missing???

OK!! I had to go to one of XR-Nuts pics and check out the code on it. Seems you have to delete some stuff out of the HTML code to post it here. Hummm

I think I got it figured out now.

I really like the looks of SM's and would like to have a set for my drz. But what is the point of them? I mean when you think of it, it's a dirt bike with street only tires. What's the point? My 200 and 400 handle pretty darn good on the road with DS tires. Don't take that the wrong way because I like'em!

Im sure you know this but the whole motard thing stems from the racing series. Half asphalt track and half motorcross. I have seen some tracks in Europe now which are Motorcross tracks that they paved completely. Woops, Jumps, Doubles, table tops, banked turns etc. All paved. Its really something to watch. There is no real sence in it until you hit AR or a road course track like Hallet. The dirt bike is funner to throw around and if you do crash, it isnt as expensive to repair like the plastic on a crotch rocket. Its way easier to back it into a curve than an sport bike also. Plus the power is just easier to handle. Dont get me wrong, I loved my CBR 600 and 929 at one time but this thing is just way funner. I dont have to stay on the street with it if I dont want to. Jump curbs, grass, run down sidewalks etc. I would tear up the belly on a sport bike if I did that. Plus it works hard to hit a 100 mph. I had my 929 at 150 several times and would still go farther if I wanted. Thats just nuts on the street. Its too much power that you cant handle. I had the 929 at Deals Gap one time for a week. It was sick how the 929 was just way toooo much power for something like that. I could break the rear loose comming out of any corner up there. Although fun sometimes.........its just too much. Once you got out in the open on some 100 mph sweepers, the 929 wasnt so twichy. Where the XRR set up like this, the tighter the road the better. Whack it wide open out of every curve and its not unsettling or super scary like the 929 or 600.

where did you get the black plastic?

Would love to put black on mine. Do you still have the large tank for the XRR, and do you want to sell it?
