Colorado 500 at Applebee's !!!!!

Post by Kware »

I just left an Applebee's restaurant in Lincoln NE., where I watched the, "32nd Annual Colorado 500", on TV. The Station was called, Altitude and the program was Race Central. Not sure what dish provider this comes from. I only saw about half of the show, but I did get to see them ride over, Taylor and Timberline passes. Did anyone else see this, or does anyone get this channel ? Would like to see the entire show. Maybe a good reason for a small group visit to Applebee's for a replay?

We were riding in CO about 4-5 years ago and happened upon the 500...awesome ride.

BUT...by invitation only and a minimum $1000 ride fee, although the average is around $5000 per rider. This isn't for us "Joe's"! All goes to a great cause.

Whenever I go snow skiing, those areas alway have one or two of those really cool outdoor adventure sport channels. If we had those channels here, my DVR would never stop recording! WHY don't we get those channels here? I mean I get "Court TV". Like how big is that audience? No offense to the lawyers in the crowd.

From the zip code search link above: (I added the bold)

"Altitude is available in a 10-state region that includes all or parts of: Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Utah.
Select Altitude programming is available nationwide on Dish Network and DirecTV satellite services.

Altitude on Dish Network, nationwide: Channel 410
Altitude on DirecTV, nationwide: Channel 644

Due to NBA and NHL restrictions, some areas are not eligible for game broadcasts. When an area is restricted to either Avalanche or Nuggets broadcasts on our network, it is noted in the "Restrictions" field of your search. Subscribers outside of Altitude's 10-state region will not receive NBA or NHL broadcasts with Altitude's regular programming. For more information, please contact Altitude's Affiliate Sales department at affiliatesales@altitude.tv."
