Anyone have any experience with the service dept. at Liberty cycle? I need some quasi-routine maintenance done thats beyond my abilities, so trying to determine the best place to go.

Thanks

I had them do my 500 mile checkup on the KLR650 and seemed to be reasonably fair. I try to do all the rest myself, but if I ran into a problem, I wouldn't have any issues taking it back to them. I think a couple of their service guys are dual sport riders.

Thanks for the information. I need to get the valves and cam chain tensioner checked, which is beyond my meager abilities....I've used Liberty for 2 state inspections, but nothing else to date.

I have personly know one of the mechanics there since we were about 13. I have taken my stuff there for anything beyond my ablities and would/will end up taking something else there as well. Two thumbs up!

I know one of the Parts guys there Larry. he always worked with me on parts, but I never dealt with the service department other than for my inspections
