I am starting an adventure guide service that will focus mainly on the Southern Missouri and Arkansas area. The overall idea is to lead a group of like minded riders on multiple day trips and to also learn along the way. We will have different skilled tours to include tips and tricks, I will put you in uncomfortable situations, we will talk nightly about industry leading technology/bikes/etc., all so you become a better rider. We plan to expose you to all elements during a real adventure but with the piece of mind and support that is needed to make a dangerous thing safer. I would also like to eventually start a tour specific for young adults who are interested in the sport but maybe don't have the experience, a parent that is capable of taking them, etc. That will be a little down the road but it's in the business plan.
Anyway, I'd love to hear comments and feedback. Our first 4 day adventure will be in May and some specifics with pricing and other details are still being hashed out. Or if you would like to do a group tour before then I'd be willing to go earlier and at reduced costs as I need the experience. I'd love to hear comments about pricing and things as well...
Also, I'm working on launching our first product line. I'm starting with soft luggage and I am so freaking excited! You won't find this information on the website but hopefully I'll start blogging about it soon. I also plan to use our products to help our community. For example- teaming up with R. Riveter to make some select products. And also trying really hard to keep our products made in the USA. If you have soft luggage or you've always wanted some and but there is just one little thing that you hate about all of them, let me know. I'll do my best to help.
Here is our website and blog. Hopefully this is received well because I really need to get out of insurance

Hopefully the buzz will pick up when I solidify the details.
Hopefully the buzz will pick up when I solidify the details. The off-road instructing part of my adventure is more along the idea of, putting you in commonly found situation to then help the rider problem solve (bike recovery, jumping logs, creek crossings, rocky areas, steep loose hills, etc.). Once I finalize the routes, the pictures and videos will follow. I did create a couple of videos on our last adventure, that was intended to partially be a pre-run route test for the business. Although it didn't work out that way as we got way in over our heads and lost lots of time.
