Bill Dragoo is an amazing rider and an even better human being. I've ridden with him a couple of times and heard his story. Bill has placed first and second in multiple Rawhyde ADV competitions, and has been chosen in the past by BMW to compete on the US team in the BMW GS Trophy event.
This is sure to be some great training that will leave you more confident and capable on your motorcycle.

I think I might sign up for this course. I too have ridden with Bill and he has amazing skills. I crashed 3 times over a two day period and Bill didn't even dap a foot! Plus he is a wonderful person and has really cool stories.

Has anyone successfully registered for this? I emailed David and Bill separately on August 25th and neither one has responded.

That is odd. I guess I'd call David. 816-699-2563.
I emailed Bill last night to see if I could help. I'll let you know if I get a reply.

I heard from Bill. It sounds like they are struggling a little bit to accommodate the number of people who want to take the class and working on a solution that includes a possible venue change to a location closer to KC.
That said, don't hesitate to call David. Let us know what you find out. No doubt it will be some great training!

Afraid I beat myself up pretty good testing out my new routes and minimal adv skills last weekend. Biggest issue was a pretty severe ankle sprain (didn't think that was possible with full Moto boots)still can't stand for more than a few minutes at a time so that option is out. Now that I know there's local training I'll keep my eyes peeled for the next opportunity.

I was wearing Alpinestar 7's when I crashed on 11 Sep and thought the same thing, probably a bad ankle sprain. X-rays proved me wrong - hoping to be back to work and back on the bike mid-November.

Hopefully Its just a sprain. I've had a lot of them and unfortunately have had a broken ankle but we'll see.

This class was awesome, by the way. Highly recommend it. Bill and his team are great teachers.

Thanks for the report! Did Bill indicate if he planned to come back to the area for more of the same or perhaps an "advanced" course to follow-on with this one?

Not that I recall, but he did say this was the biggest class so far. Made it sound like he wants to do more based on the responses he got for this one.
