Work Day At Perry Lake Riding Area

Pull up a couch. It's cool in the Lounge. Just remember to be a good neighbor.

Work Day At Perry Lake Riding Area

Post by Stu »

I talked to the ranger in charge of the riding area last Saturday. I told him there was a lot of trees that were blown down that needed work as well as some general trail maintenance. If we can get a crew together he would like to schedule a work day. We would work in the morning and then ride in the afternoon.

Comments? Who would be willing to volunteer? When in May would be good for this?

I'd be in any weekend 5/14 or later.

I really enjoy doing trail maintenance. I'd like to say I'm in, but I don't do much this time of year due to poison ivy growing rampantly. I can usually get away with riding since we're all covered up, then take a cold shower when I get home.
Possibly in...

Thanks, guys! After 5/14 works for me as well. I'm picking up a new '16 KTM Duke 690 that weekend so I will be "engaged" with the new ride!

What about 5/21 (Sat) or 5/22 (Sun)?
