Heading to Tennessee, need some ideas

I have to head down to Jasper Tennessee today, near Chattanooga, and be there the rest of the week. Of course i'll have room for my bike it's all ready to go. I should have all weekend to head home at my own pace, which is busting down the highway at night and looking to ride all during the day. I'm looking for 2 places to stop and ride on Sat and Sun.
Anyone know of anything or been down that way? The farthest south i've road is Arkansas and Chadwick.. I'd like to try one place in the TN mountains on Saturday if possible, but looking for something else random to stop at on the way back Sunday... I'm looking for all off-road and/or single track, not a pavement person even though i Do have a tag for my bike

http://www.riderplanet-usa.com/atv/trai ... e_list.htm has a list of places, but I haven't been to any of those.
Land Between the Lakes, KY is worth a day, especially during the week.
Maybe you can sneak into the US Trials Training Center West of Chattanooga.
Have fun.

Actaully just got off the phone with Allison from trials training center, they have more than enough of the "gnarly single track" i've been looking for ....I'll be there all day Saturday.
Our current office/terminal is just down the road, about 6 miles from the training center, the new terminal we're working on will be 10 miles away. And just a few miles from the Prentice Cooper state forest but i'm not sure if i'll check out those trails this time, I should probably try to make it atleast halfway home by Sunday morning so I can ride somewhere else then finish the drive home.

A little out of the way but if you want to come through Little Rock, I'd be glad to show you some fun stuff here.

Thanks for meeting up and letting me ride with ya i had a good time.
I only got a couple minutes of decent video from the trials center, my helmet mount was constantly getting loose or hit to point down at the ground, the first couple miles of some lower elevation track turned out ok though

The first video is nice. That looks like a nice place for a leisurely cruise on my KLR.
I'm sure it was a sketchy place to ride (going by your screaming and hooting) as the terrain always looks mild on video compared to how it is in person.
I think on the second video you answered yes to stabilize the shaky video, which makes it feel like I'm tripping out. I've never tripped out, but that's how I think it would feel.
