Tomorrow my wife and I are heading east on out bikes. We are riding to the BMW Performance Center in western SC where we are meeting ozarkrider Monday night. On Tuesday and Wednesday we will be taking the Two Day Off Road Riding Course. After the course we will be heading home.

We are taking 4 day to get there and 4 days back. That should give us some extra time to explore.

Awesome! Sounds like you guys have a good time ahead of you. Hopefully the weather is good for your trip and you don't get snowed on.

I'm going to stay here and do the Trial and Error Two Day Off Road Course on the 990 in the hills of the Ozarks.

Have fun!

Once great thing about the course is you get to use the performance centers bikes. You break one they get you another. Four years ago I took the course and drowned two bikes in the water crossings.

Not sure how far you made it, but looks like you are ahead of the weather. It's sunny and 50 here in Durham. Forecast is for rain tonight through Tuesday in Greer, a little over an hour south.

Jason Pridemore said to me once, "Dont worry about the rain, we'll just practice throttle control." I think he just didnt want to refund the class fee. :)

We are back. 2250 miles, 10 states and two great days of instruction. We rode through rain, fog, a few snow flakes, and temperatures from 33 degrees (Thank you Troy, your vest was a lifesaver for Ann) to 75.

Notice the jacket. Troy, after your thread about the BILT Explorer Jacket she went over and checked them out because all she had was a mesh riding jacket. It was a wise purchase for this trip.

Funny thing is, I did notice the jacket--that is I thought "that's a nice looking riding jacket"....and figured it was some big name brand. (Considering the high roller you are.) I did not recognize that it was a BiLT. That is funny. Yeah, I really like the jacket. The red looks great with her bike! She really looks like she is having a blast! So cool!

So how was the training and what all did they go over with you?

Do you know what the differences are with this place versus RawHyde out in CA?
