No problem with most gloves. With heavy winter gloves sometime I have to try a couple of time it hit the right spot on the screen.

AS for your 705s, I did crystal mill and lead king basin on my tiger and a bunch of gravel in the rain and sleet and thought they worked very well, don't think I'd want to do any mud but they worked well for my big bike out there smaller bike would have been LOTS more fun and I would have gone lots more places just my .02
