The Heidenau will give you miles with pretty good traction for gravel. If you want miles out of your tire and riding gravel is secondary it is not a bad tire. My problem with the tire; rubber flaked off in chunks around 8000 miles. 8000 on a rear tire is great but when the tread still has life but the rubber flakes off worried be.
