Im still unimpressed with the fmf q pipe, wish it were quieter. I might start looking for a used db snorkel.
I remember reading a story about some ride somewhere they had exhaust sound checks and there was a half dozen bikes that were too loud and not allowed on the ride. They cut up some rear innertubes, hose clamped them over the end of the muffler and it really knocked the sound down and allowed them to do the ride. There was even some pics of them. I bet if you got creative with an old heavy innertube, and some various molded heater hoses to make a bend or two, hell you could make your own! Just be sure the spooge doesn't drip onto your rear brakes. I promise not to laugh too hard when you go by me at Milford this Sunday.....
