Red Lights

Interesting. Could save a lot of annoyance, but I hope the "reasonable period of time" doesn't get abused to the point they reconsider. Also, it isn't law yet. It has only passed the House I believe.

Well my dual sport cycles never seem to trigger those lights so I've been running them for a while now. I really hate the red left arrow lights. What a waste. If I'm sitting at an intersection and there is nobody as far as I can see, I feel really dumb sitting there waiting for the lights to cycle and "allow" me to turn left. I even run those in my car on occasions after checking around for police cars.

I can always claim I am doing my part to "reduce my carbon footprint" by employing rolling stops and running red lights.
