Glad Big Brown got smart and pulled you off the road. No sense as not many were working anyway.

I have nearly new Michelin ATX-AT tires on my AWD/4WD 4Runner with good e-traction control. I didn't have trouble Tue or Wed but most others did.

A friend was out shoveling her mothers driveway in Mission Hills (What? You didn't hire that done!!!???) Wed morning and met the mailman as he approached. He had a stack of letters in his hand. She expected all, she got one. He told her the stack was the entire delivery for two long blocks. Seems the USPS freight trucks didn't get through either... So why did they send out the delivery guys????

A few acres southeast of the La Cynge power plant straddling state line and Missouri J. Only place I have taken the Jeep. I may not know what I'm doing... lots of dents, shattered fenders and one broken windshield. Those Osage thorn trees are TOUGH!

There is a program on Speed called "Truck U", they build 4WD stuff. They had a show on recently that covered the Griffin King of the Hammer race that is held I believe in the California desert. It was pretty neat as it combined alot of Baja type open field runnning and also some serious rock crawling. It was a cool program. There was a competitor in the race name Brian Shirley that is from Kansas. There is some video on youtube that's neat to watch.

With the snow on the ground and cabin fever high enough to cause brain damage, I look at ways to prepare my ride for the next year.
In May I plan to ride at Moab. The KTM 400 EXC will definitely need some help with fuel range. I decided to add a 1 gal. Rotopax to the bike. The issue with the KTM is that support and framework is nonexistent past the seat. I had a hoaky KTM OEM rack that attached using the seat bolts.... all the weight was supported by the rear fender.
I'm not even sure if there is a sturdy rack available for a 2002 model, a rack for newer models can cost over $200. I decided I have the time and skills(?) to design my own rack. While I was building the rack, I wanted to incorporate flush mount turn signals.
