Last Minute Lodging Deal at Byrd's THIS WEEKEND Nov 4,5,6

Guys,
Your opportunity to get a great lodging deal and help out Troy. My loss is your gain.
I want to cancel a reservation to stay at Byrd's River Retreat cabin on the Mulberry River near Cass, AR this Thur, Fri, & Sat nights (Nov 4,5,6). However, Byrd's is not giving me a break--they will charge me the full base rate for all 3 nights. $95/night x 3 = $285. So why cancel? There is no incentive to cancel if it costs me the same. So do you want a cabin for the weekend in the heart of the best riding you'll find anywhere? Whether off-road, dualsport, or pavement, this is a fantastic location. I can even provide hundreds of miles of trail routes.

So here's the deal, offer me enough of the $285 to make it worth my effort and recoup some of my loss, and it's yours. That price covers 2 people for 3 nights. Each additional person is $15/head/night--you cover full price on additional people.
Think about it -- you and 4 buddies pay me $150.00 plus an additional $135.00 to cover the 3 extra people, and your total cost is $285. That is only $57/person for 3 nights of lodging!
My loss is your gain. Of course since I'm technically the one renting the cabin, you are my good buddy.
