I was just on the phone with Hall's Cycle in Springfield, IL (Husqvarna dealer). They want to know how BIG of a suitcase do you have?! Would you mind bringing back a half container or so?

Yes it is true. I sold my Husqvarna and bought a pumkin. I'm partial to orange and black because they were the colors of my high school, GO Panthers!

On last weekend's ride I had problems with my Husky and had to be towed back to camp. MoRidin offered his 450 EXC for me to ride while he rode his 200. Within 30 minutes I knew I had found the bike for me. Have you ever tried on a pair of shoes and just knew they were the exact fit??? Well that is what happened to me on MoRidin’s 450.

I told him that I wanted to buy and he made me a VERY fair deal and I accepted. Now what to do with my Husky????? To make a long story short a “local” offered me a CASH deal that I couldn’t pass on so I sold it right there at the camp site. Everybody went away happy. :D

So BGG I don’t need any Husqvarna parts right now and thanks for sharing your pictures!

BTW, there are three Husky defectors that I know about. The third is BGG himself. He bought a 610 to keep up with Hayden and me on our F650s.

Shortly after Hayden and I both bought lighter bikes (LC4, XR650L). Then I lightened down to a RFS and ... the rest is history.

Wait, does this mean I started this trend? I'm a trendsetter? Nah, can't be!!!! :D

I'm sure Mike won't mind--he can work on BMW's, too! He has an abundance of garage free-space, free-time, and tools to work for free on eveyone's motorcycle. He loves that stuff. Bring em over!

Can I make my appointments through you?

I would not expect an oil change, valves checks and adjusted and new tires including balancing would take more then a hour, do you? When can I get that free work done?

You CAN make your appointments with Mike through me, but I charge a $39.95 convenience fee.

And it all comes with a "tail-light guarantee" ... as soon as I see a tail-light, the warranty period is complete.

As to free, space, and time ... You get what you pay for. I'll show you how to mount and balance a tire. Second time I will watch / critique. Third time you are on your own. I guess that is the teacher in me coming out.

I'm not the fastest, but I get the job done.

Safari, I had a friend show up from Washington state on his BMW PD boxer last week. "Uh, Stu, I have this leaking fork seal. You think you could fix it?" Now he also knows how to replace seals.

I bought the beer you skintyflinter.
