SCRAPBOOKING!

Guys, sorry to let you down, but my wife just reminded me that this weekend is the big scrapbooking conference in St. Louis. We go every year, and I wouldn't miss it for the world. It's a wonderful time spent with great people from all over the country who are into scrapbooking just like us. We get to learn about all the latest innovations in scrapbooking including the exciting new background patterns!

I'm sure you guys understand.

JUST KIDDING!!! If that ever really happens, somebody please kill me. See y'all tomorrow!

There is a knitting conference this weekend in STL that Chadman wanted to go to. Colleen just slapped him along side the head and said "We are going riding!"

We will be @ the lodge around 9:30 PM.

Cheers,

To all my riding friends...suck it!

Sucking...one of the many actions I cannot do yet until I am medically cleared...and since half of my face doesn't work, it makes drinking a messy affair. I bring extra shirts (plural) to work each day in case I drizzle water down my front

I have been promised I will be cleared "...for stupid things like riding your dirtbike..." the third week of May.

I am laying low so the MO 200 remains a go!

Have fun all - ride safe...ish...

Very close to perfect for the 3 days, Except for the last 30 minutes when Scott body surfed Fly Gap Road. I heard Scott was dazed, but OK. Scott, how you doing?

I did not take a lot of photos, but I do have some and some good video to share. It can take me a bit of time to go through those and post up, but as always, I will.

Another great TAR ride! Weather really could not have been better and the lodge was fantastic. Good to see folks from the Fall ride again and of course meet some new faces. Thanks for putting it together!

I didn't take many pics, but here is what I have -

Thankfully, my pride took the worst of the damage from my mishap. Who would have thought using the front brake at 30 mph with a flat front tire could bring a bike down so quickly? My well deserved alone time waiting for the rescue truck/trailer allowed me to go over my mistake over and over, so I shouldn't make the same mistake again.

Fantastic weekend, regardless. As always, Troy and Randy put together a perfect trip.

I'm not much of a shutterbug, but here's a few shots I took during the trip:

What an awesome weekend of riding! I wish I could have ridden with you guys on Sunday, but our checkout deadline in the campground would have been impossible to make if I had gone riding instead of getting busy loading. It was good riding with everyone. Glad it all went down without any (too) major incidents. Not too bad for a group that large to only have suffered a drowned bike, flat tire, and a stuck throttle tube. Sorry to hear that Scott went down on Sunday, but it sounds like he took it in stride!

i should have some good pictures to put up, but unfortunately we don't have wi-fi in the campground we are currently in and I probably shouldn't burn up our hotspot gigs uploading pictures to my smugmug account. I'll post here as soon as I get a chance to get them uploaded though.

Phil, Andy and I rode Dual Sport loops Friday and Sat. It was our job to introduce "Creekside" to Arkansas, and I think we accomplished our goal. 8)

Many thanks to Troy and Randy for all their hard work! Dinner was Great!
Here are some shots of our adventures, and the campground.

Here is Bo's (bohawk) ride report -- he creates EXCELLENT ride reports!

Here is a compilation of the little video clips I took.

Something is wrong with my camera, though. Everything is a lot blurrier than normal. So much that the photos are about useless to me. (Mike, this includes the photos before and after I ran the camera through the washing machine and dryer!)

Hey Guys, Thanks for all the great pictures. For someone who doesn't like to take pictures, but likes to look at them, it is nice to know others will take the time to take and post pics.

I had a great time as everything was pretty much perfect....the weather, riding, lodge, food and friends. I'm already looking forward to the next trip!
