Carbondale HS. last race of the season

This Sunday is the last FMHS race of the season at Carbondale. Supposed to be dry all week and mid 60's Sunday which will make for a beautiful day and a perfect track. This is a good first timers track as there are no real water crossings and no real high speed sections. Pretty much single track woods work and a couple hill climbs. Should be a good day.

I'll be there with 2 Helmet cams. One facing forward and the other backwards. Should come out, maybe you'll see yourself comming and going on the video. Should be a good time.

fp- we were just too worn out after saturday at milford to race. spent the entire morning cleaning bikes and gear. see milford thread for details, it was a hellish day. you would have been a busy boy there.(emt/fire) jr

Ah you missed out on a perfect race day! There is 1 hour of helmet cam from the front (didn't clear the %#*@: sd-card ) and the other camera caught entire race looking backwards. Dont like to do EMS while riding. If it's bad enough they need me it's usally a trip to the hospital. I'm just there to stabilize.

fp-im sure none of you brave fire guys/gals like the ems stuff but you all do it when called and i/we'd like to thank you for it. youre a hell of a guy and i have no doubt if i were lying on a trail somewhere and you happened along, youd take good care of me. so "thanks man". it takes a special person to do what you all do, thanks jr

im sure the race was spectacular, we were bummed for sure as cdale is our favorite spot. we hit the spring race there and had been looking forward to this race too. we did ride here on our track some sunday afternoon. maybe if there is a decent saturday in the very near future we should have a bunch of fmh guys/gals come out? you interested?
