Guys, my Church Motorcycle group is planning a breakfast ride to Weston on May 10th. There plan is to meet at the Church, (northwest corner of I-435 and US169) @ 7:00 am with kicks up at 7:30. They will ride two lane to Weston for this early morning breakfast. My plan is to ride my Dual sport and go for a ride after Breakfast. We could head to Atchison and back down the river road to Leavenworth? I am open for suggestions. Road and weather conditions would dictate the route. No Church commitment required....

I road the River Road on Saturday. It was very rutted and muddy. I had a blast!

I don't know--this only gives me 5 days to sober up from all my Cinco de Mayo debauchery. Sounds like fun, Kevin! You think my Husky could keep up in that sea of chrome?

I put this on my calendar, but it will get passed on if a trail ride materializes. You understand.

I'm interested. It may not materialize though. What time would you be starting the river road portion of the ride. I don't get off of work until midnight so getting up before 11 isn't a doable thing for me.

I'm guessing with drive time to Weston and Breakfast, we should be ready to roll out of Weston by 9:30??

Joe, your welcome to join us or me. If know one else joins in, I was having second thoughts and may just go back home to do some Mothers day stuff.
Let's wait until later in the week to see if we get a group.

I would like to join in for the dualsport portion of the ride. I am a dirt rider by trade and would welcome help from some experienced DS riders. If you go on Saturday I would come.

With the forecast for Rain Friday and Saturday, I'm going to back out of this ride. I may still ride with my Church group to breakfast, but I will be coming home from there. Sorry guys, Well have to try again in a few weeks
