Anybody in the ks city area riding this sunday, june 11?

No riding this weekend for me, unfortunately. We are participating in our neighborhood garage sale event this Fri & Sat, and I envision Sun may be filled with cleanup efforts. Good thing I just finished 1,750 miles of rough roads in CO, NM, & UT! I NEEDED that!

If any of you are looking for an amazing dualsport adv destination this Fri & Sat, you can ride to my garage sale where my daughter will be running her lemonade stand. It's gonna be H U G E!

have to see, since I was riding last weekend have to ask the boss. Gort and I will be riding tomorrow, meet at Valley Falls @ 4pm at the gas station.

I think I might be able to ride, what are you thinking, want to ride up to Weston, via river rd. I'll send you an email.

Kickstands up at 8 a.m. meeting at Stone Canyon Pizza in Parkville, MO.

The plan is to work our way up to Atchison, KS from Parkville running the River Rd. stopping just outside of Weston, MO to check out the Muddy MO. Lunch in Leavenworth, then part our separate ways.

Did you guys ride? Sunday was terrible muggy at my house, but it's always nice moving on the bike.

Nope, but Larry & I did bring Snowman (Todd) up north of Troy/Wathena KS area yesterday for 80 miles of some pretty cool 'loess' dug out roads. The scenery up there is just amazing. Its hard to believe your in Kansas up there. Its like driving around in min maintenance tunnels. I've only been up there once before. I had us zig zagging all over the area north of 36 to hit every bad road I could see on google Earth. Since it was bone dry it was not difficult & fun. Todd said it was like riding around in talcum powder. Today it would be more like riding in wet cement.

Yes two of us rode last Sunday up to Atchison from Parkville, had lunch at O'Malley's http://www.westonirish.com/

We even got a tour and a little history of the place. I clocked in a little over 135 miles for the day.
