Hey,
I've learned a lot of things from Troy (and I will deny most of them if you ask).
See most of you tomorrow!!!
Cheers,

Sheesh! I said I was sorry like a hundred times, Mike. And you are able to walk normally again, so I don't see what the big deal is.HanesAnizer wrote:Doug, hopefully Troy can help, but definitely avoid being alone with the guy.
You must have scared him off because he didn't call. Doug, I've got a group leaving the KC metro at about 3pm tomorrow. We could make room for you depending on logistics involved.

When Troy offers to share anything say "no" because it leads to him in his pink chaps.

It was another excellent single-track adventure and the weather was perfect! Trail conditions were perfect too except the roads were too dusty...kind of wish it would have rained a little.
In addition to the riding I'm still savoring that steak (the entire meal actually) at The Traveler's Table.
Hey Doug! We enjoyed a few hill climbs didn't we?!

Sean's ribeye:
The pic below was my filet. I asked for it medium-well, which I know is a sin. It really was over-cooked, but that was my fault. It was still one of the best tasting steaks I've ever had.
The ooey-gooey butter cake was like a party in my mouth and everyone was invited.
Oh, and the riding was pretty decent, too.

Best thing about riding at Link's is the riders! Thanks for letting me ride with you guys. I'm still riding in my head. Gene K, Washington, I'll. 09 Husky TXC 250.

Had a great time and as much as it pains me to say it...thanks Troy for helping set it up!
I once again forgot to take much video and the 2 that I did take were not exciting trails and the camera angle was goofed up. Not sure why I bother

HockeyDad, the guy taking the selfie, was riding a Honda. There was also 1 Husqvarna along, but yes, the rest were beautiful, sweet, KTM orange.Savage wrote:My eyes are bleeding from all the nasty orange.
OK, let's do this!
You know, I've been doing this woods riding thing long enough now to watch dozens of riders go through the metamorphosis, and guess what, almost all end up on KTM. It's probably more than just kool-aid. But the hard fact is, no matter what machine you hit the trail with, you end up with a HUGE GRIN at the end of the day! While I love my KTMs, I can't truly say I'm having more pure fun than I did when I was bouncing over logs on my old 99 Suzuki DR350.
