Wet Trails Today= Closed tomorrow?

I am planning on taking my wife out riding at either Milford or Perry this weekend. With it raining all day today, does anyone have a good idea of what the trail conditions are likely to be in these two spots tomorrow? Are they likely to be closed? Thanks for the help!

Perry is DIRT so if it's rained at all, probably gonna be a mess at Perry. School Creek (Milford) is rocky and sandy with dirt in some places, too. You can ride School Creek in the rain just stay out of the deep bowls.

Thanks Troy! I kind of thought that might be the case!

If anyone is interested, I will be out there with my wife, brother, and two friends. None of us are very fast and there are a few beginners mixed in the group but all are welcome to join. No set time/plan, just planning on showing up when we show up and riding until people are too sore, it's too dark, or bikes are too thrashed to continue

I would check the weather channel to see how much rain they received at School Creek. It does have some areas where it's rocky, but a lot of it is still dirt. If it's rained all day like it is doing here in KC, I'd say it would be highly questionable.

Perry would be a mess and they usually close it when muddy.

Agree with HanesAnizer. It just hit me too that if the easier trails are usually the dirt trails. The rockier stuff is more difficult. So if you need to take it easy on the wife, the easy stuff might be the mud you want to avoid. :)

Thanks again! I'll check and see how much they have gotten by the end of business today and plan accordingly. I'd really like to get out and ride somewhere close this weekend so fingers crossed!
