I'll be getting in some riding this weekend, I just don't know what or when or where? Anyone have any ideas? School Creek? Just throwing it out there.

Riding School Creek on Labor Day...if it isn't a muddy mess. More scattered storms expected so we will have to keep a close eye on who gets wet.

Cool. If I go it will be Sat am, unless it looks like it will be a wash out. Could you go then?

You decided where you are riding for sure? I still plan to ride at School Creek with one other dude that I think is coming. If he backs out and you guys are riding Randolph then I would probably go there instead.
Savage, you riding tomorrow??
If I don't here from anyone...just count on me being at School Creek about 9:30 and riding til whenever it doesn't feel good anymore.

Here's what I'm planning to do tomorrow. Go for a little DS ride and swing by the MX track and chit-chat for a bit, go by Randolph ORV which I'm sure will be packed with crawlers, go to the beach, and possibly swing by the local trails. Just a fun, chill ride.

  We were blessed with a heavy, soaking rain last night. 1 5/8 inch at my place.

Impossible to know what riding areas will be like until someone puts boots and rubber on the ground.

So, School Creek was a muddy, slippery mess today. Once I got out and got a little muddy I figured I may as well just ride! Kept my boots on the pegs and my fingers on the clutch most of the day. It was good practice for riding very slippery conditions. Didn't leave hardly a rut...just pushed around the top 1 inch of mud all day. :D WEEEE!!

Ride Sat. 4/4/15

Dang! Looking nice there Savage. Did you get the KTM toaster with it? (Or a title?) Sweet!

[edit] How reasonable is School for a 990? Like Topeka ATV park?

just like in most places, it depends where you go, I took my 1190 out there a few weeks back... most places at school creek have an easy way out... there are obviously some hills that are probably not very 990 friendy unless you do not mind fixing expensive parts ;-) take some pictures if you go!

Luc could ride his 1190 most places I take my RMZ and at the same pace, the only difference is he would be scrubbing his skidplate more. Personally I would rather ride a $700 dirt bike there and not care if I tear it up.

Oh, and no I didn't get a KTM toaster, but I did get a KTM coffee cup! It put me over the limit for free shipping.

Thanks guys. Was hoping to hit the trail day and check it out then, but had family trip.

A cheap trail bike would be nice...

Savage, your picture and your price tag don't seem to match. You're getting quite a collection.

Savage, I wish that too. I miss riding with you, Luc, Kyle, Troy, Stu and the rest of the locals. You should come down to Arkansas with TARKC next month.
