These are all the photos I was able to pull from our camera today. I may have to hire a photographer next year to correctly capture the carnage.

That was a fun day. I got plenty of sun on my head and I'm spent. Thanks for the invite and thanks for busting your butt out there getting it all set up. Luc that was crazy seeing you ride the 950 around. Nice chatting with you again.

Ha! No...I'm still miffed that I'm not one of the 3 guys holding a trophy in the photo above. Tough judging! You miss one obstacle and you go to the back of the pack. I was robbed. ROBBED I SAY!

:D I had a blast! Kyle (& Monica) hosted a great event. Perfect weather, perfect ground conditions, great brats, beans, and strawberries with whip cream! The track obstacles Kyle put together were challenging enough yet doable for most riders. A really great day of working on bike skills.

Rick, who won 3rd place overall, was best on the balance beam I think. I saw him ride across the entire length several times. I think everyone was initially intimidated by the log grind obstacle, but once we got the hang of it, all riders were able to do it well. (This is an exercise designed to help you when one wheel falls into a rut or you get wheels in different ruts.)

Kyle competed as well and actually had the highest overall score, but as track owner, he bowed out of the official competition. What a guy!

Big thanks also to Macwildcat Larry for leading a great dualsport ride on some wonderful roads N and NE of Kyle's place.

Savage, congrats on your 1st place win and thanks for posting up that video---fun to watch and helpful for others to understand the day we had. Maybe the 2014 RideForum Enduro Skills Challenge will be even better!

Kyle when we coming back out to work on skills?!

Thanks for posting the pics and videos so I could live vicariously. Seems I've been doing a lot of "vicarious" dual sport riding lately!

Here is a preview of what to expect at the 2014 Rideforum Enduro X Challenge... This dude's track is pretty cool. I like the obstacle where you bunny hop up onto a larger "balance beam" log.

The hop up onto that huge log balance beam is really cool. However, the tractor tire double jump is insane...and the one on his practice track was small compared to the one in the real race. The rest of those obstacles I feel I could get through with some practice...obviously not competition worthy, but get through them.

How about adding a teeter totter to the mix?!
