I know many of you are off work today with the snow. So let's go for a ride! I'm thinking we can meet at the QT near World's of Fun about 11:00. Then we'll ride the I-435 loop. After one loop, if we want more excitement, we can do a 2nd loop. There are a lot of McDonalds along I-435 so finding lunch should not be a problem.

See the route here. I put a lot of work into this. I think you guys will like it--something for everyone! There are plenty of work-arounds for the difficult sections should anyone need it.

Troy, In another post you admitted fear of riding your GS on a mountain trail yet you have no fear of I-435? I just don't understand you city folk.

That looks like 86 miles of pure bliss! Especially in those conditions. Sorry I missed out on this one- this is the exact kind of ride I had in mind when I decided to trade the DR-Z for something a little more street-capable.

Sorry for the late follow-up. Kendall, you missed a good one for sure. Thanks to all the riders who made it out yesterday! What a great ride and fun time had by all! It was the perfect mix of super slab and multi-lane highways with just enough traffic to keep things interesting. We'll have to do it again soon.
