Wheel bearings won't be here until next week so I'm riding the GS. If you are interested in going let me know.

Hey Chris. I'd like to do some riding, but we're headed out of town to go see my dad for the weekend. Not to mention, I still have a ton of stuff to do to get ready for the Americade ride that Nick and I are leaving next Thursday for.

We'll be up for some more dual sporting here in a couple of weeks though.

What part of the Mark Twain will you be in? My dad lives just east of Roaring River State Park near the forest. I definitely want to do some dual sporting in his neck of the woods one of these days.

Hey Kendall, you and Nick are gonna have a good time on that trip. Have fun this weekend.

Sounds like fbj is gonna take Moriver and I on a 500 mile tour.......

Was in Van Buren, MO last weekend. Big Springs actually, floated the current. I was thinking the swinging bridges ride passed near there. Might be fun to put a weekend trip together and ride parts of that. If it's hot, jump in the river at the end of the day.

About 7 riders doing a weekend at Freeman Off-Road Resort (www.freemanoffroad.com). On Fri, we are doing a dualsport with the big bikes. Chris mentioned Van Buren. That is actually where we'll probably do a late lunch on our Fri ride. Sat will be a dirt bike ride on sweet single track...so taking both bikes on this trip.

Man! That sounds like an epic weekend! Are you planning on doing a ride report? If so, I'll be looking forward to it.

That Freeman Off-Road Resort looks awesome. I've never been there, but I would love to go someday. I guess I just need to plan a trip down there and just do it.

Have fun! Take lots of pics and be sure to post them somewhere we can all see them.

I posted this on Advrider as well.

So looking at the weather for Monday here is what I'm gonna do. I'm going on Sunday, leaving the Santa Fe Depot Diner at 10am. I'll be there an hour earlier for breakfast. I'll ride the Leavenworth Loop West posted on dual sport maps, unless I get lost or plan out a route of my own.

Here is a link: http://dualsportmaps.com/?link=104264

I plan to be back in Weston by 2pm or so. Early enough to mow my yard.
