Re: Texas canyons in march 6-9
I don't actually live in KC anymore, but I do live in Sweetwater TX, which happens to be between KC and big bend, so if anybody is making that trip and is looking for a couch or tools or something, I may be able to help.

Re: LABOR DAY WEEKEND 2-DAY!
Gosh, I haven't really destroyed anything on my bike since easter, I might have to give this one some thought. Andy, it's definitely time to break more stuff on the KLR! Besides, maybe Link has more parts for you! Haul down with us. I would love to. However, I'm moving to Texas and my last day of w...

What are your thoughts on the KLR? It's pretty much what you're describing.

Re: I can't afford a KTM
This reminds me of Savage's "BMW". Post a pic, Savage! How dare you make a mockery of me Troy. It is clearly a KLR. http://i560.photobucket.com/albums/ss42/path_maker/Motorcycles/DSCN0575_zps61ba1df6.jpg http://i560.photobucket.com/albums/ss42/path_maker/Motorcycles/019-6.jpg It's funny to see, eve...

Re: I can't afford a KTM
Is that a top secret spy shot of the new KTM 650? I for one am kind of sad to see the Christmas themed bike go away- really gave it a festive feel. JK- the bike looks good in orange! KTM has been drooling over this truly innovative and high performance design for years, but they just can't qu...

I can't afford a KTM
But that doesn't stop me from buying orange spray paint.
At least it isn't christmas colors anymore.

Samsung HMX W300 Rugged Camcorder
Just an FYI, if any of you are looking for one of these after Troy's fantastic video, it looks like a bunch just came out refurbished. There all over ebay for $50-$65, and Newegg has them for $39 after a $10 rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830144472 http://www.ebay.com/...

Re: 3/29 & 30: Freeman Off-Road Resort Spring Adventure Ride
Together again! It looks confused, but todays 180 miles of exploration was a blast :D Now I just need a nice day for some paint... I thought that was you that we saw up north of Leavenworth! It was a nice day to get out, but with all the rain we've had lately, having my wife on the back, and still ...

Re: GPS Tools
I've used this once before too, seems to work pretty well: http://www.wikiloc.com/trails/motorcycling It does not appear that this is a tool to CREATE and EDIT GPS data. It looks like a place to share data. I am interested in that, too, but my focus is to find a great tool to actually REPLACE BaseC...

Re: April TARKC meeting?
Does there exist anymore a cool coffee house with lots of comfortable seating that also serves sandwiches or soup? Oh, and also does not mind 10+ folks hanging out for a couple of hours. The sports bar & grill during MM seems unwise...but then again, I don't know much about these things. Actually b...
