Are you sure it wasn't Dale Malasek sp? that's the importer? Could have changed I guess. The club is referred to as MATT or Matt. Also the 2007 TXT 300 is speced at 68 kilograms, is equal to 149.9143 pounds, still darn light though! And yes it is a great place to ride, the trials club leased that g...

Well, my son and I drove up to Excelsior Springs to watch this event today and we are missing out!!! I can't believe the skill and the guts these guys have. They go up and over things that I couldn't believe or even attempt on the old Husky. They ride a lot of Gas Gas bikes which are only 130 pounds...

Thanks for the advise, Daryl. I have seen those, and have heard they are great. My only concern is with how hard I ride in the gnarly stuff. I'd hate to damage a seat that expensive. I suppose I could use it on d/s rides, and put my stocker back on for trails, though. Tye These seats are really tou...

I'll still monkey butt through the Stampede with you guys, though. I wouldn't miss it!! I'm hoping the EE comfort seat will help, and I'll have one by then. I hear they make a big difference. Hope this helps!! Tye Hey Tye I know about seat comfort and I would highly recommend a Renazco seat. Go ahe...

What's a guy got to do to be part of this? Would this be similar riding as the Eureka Springs or are we talking single track here. What town is the hotel or lodge? Is the lodge a common area type of set up? Thanks This is a lot of single track with a dose of fire roads thrown in. I didn't do the Eu...

It is rumored that BMW is going to buy out Husqvarna from Cagiva. That motor looks a lot like the TE 610 motor. I think it could be great for both BMW and Husky!

Re: Buy a Used KTM 400/450

Consider the user community. Only KTM's come with http://www.ktmtalk.com as standard equipment. It's incredibly active, with thousands of posts every week. Standard mods, tricky troubleshooting, it's all there in detail. It's like having a real time moto encyclopedia. If you pull something apart an...

Thanks for everyone’s kind words. I still can’t believe it happened! I was talking with Troy one second and then the next down I go. The pain has been off of the chart and I consider myself to have a high pain threshold. I went back to the doctor yesterday and have new meds now and I should be a...

Re: OK, I Finnaly joined!!!

Mike gave me a heads up on you wishing for a new bike. So I thought I would put my 2 cents in. -be carfull with the husky's. They got the sex appeal thing down, they may be a complete blast to ride, but I have been told simple maitinace like checking oil is a pain. Parts availabilty is a real issue...

Hey Daryl...I was talking to Leigh yesterday (had to send my shock to him). He somehow knew we knew each other. He wanted to know if you were GTG and got your sag set?? I told him you were doing some test rides in AR of several bikes trying to decide what you liked. My shock was due for a service.....

This is a great plan, when you need maintenance just buy a new bike 8) I haven't tried that on the boss...

Well for sure you will be trading up in performance and maintenance requirements.
