Slim, how's the TE 250 ride? Has any mods been done to it? I would strongly suggest the JD Jetting kit. I hope your daughter/you like it and welcome to the Husqvarna family, we are small but growing.

Has anyone tried these? My physical therapist says they are great for hiking and I thought they would be good for off road use. Update: Feeling much better than when I first posted. Still very stiff and still can't bend my knee past 45 degrees, walk with a limp but don't need to use crutches. Dr was optimistic that I only streched/strained my Lateral Meniscus and doesn't think I tore anything. Insurance won't pay for an MRI...

Was that an IT Yamaha I saw??? I had a 1978 IT 250e back in the day and man was that a bike! I had a Terry fork kit and white brothers revalved the old monoshock.

I went with the low profile look. I keep breaking the little flexible ones with my boot or the occasional rock when I crashed. I got mine at a local auto part store and they worked fine with my flasher.

What I love is the guy on the husaberg, he looks older, a little heavy and wearing hardly any gear. The guy can ride! Remember appearances can be misleading.
