Not sure, I met Neonguy95, DrunkUncle, Crampfan. I hung out at our campspot mostly, had three flats on the truck getting there thursday. It rained all day friday, 4-5" so I didn't ride. We rode 200 miles saturday, over by Ft. Douglas, then up to Deer.

Wow, quite a feat x2 Eddie! I like a little wild turkey now and then, but my strut just isn't what it used to be. When that redbud gets in full bloom it's morel picking time.

Wise move taking the truck, some of the Nebraska contingent are riding Red River area in March. Have fun!

I'm not familiar with the FCR, but thumper carbs do wear out. My Mikuni got so bad it wouldn't idle down, but no visble wear on the slide. It had ten years and about 25k miles on it, so I think I got my money's worth.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune David, hope you won't be hobbling around too long. We have this fine specimen on the family farm and lesser ones in a few groves. I still have the tracks from 07, doubt I will start in Lawrence but may try to intercept you guys somewhere. Seems like it took a lot of time for the lunch stop in Atchison, then later my chain broke, so we bailed at Wathena.
