When you need to order handlebars, figuring out what size and type seems to be a magical art form to me! I would agree that the fit of the bar when standing is more important than the sitting fit. For my DR350SE, I've ordered a new handlebar, riser adapters, and a swanky replacement top clamp that ...

There is a motocross race Sunday April 22nd at Jeeps Motorcycle Club starting at 10 AM. It is only $7 at the gate unless you have a membership. I plan on riding out to watch...surely Spring will be here by then, won't it??

We will do some stuff that will be quite a challenge for a big 650. so please make sure you are up for this before you sign on. Thanks! Actually, only up to 97. It was 100, but 3 of those were spam accounts that I just deleted. We get about 4 spam accounts per week and I delete them off as I see them. They create a user account simply for the link in their member profile. I don't understand why...how that can possibly be ef...

Great to hear you recovered it, thought for sure it was a gonner.

Kudos to Troy for starting this thread...it has been very informative for me as well! I sold my hog(100th anniversary FatBoy) last week so I am ready to buy my next dual-sport. I am struggling to make the right decision on a good all around bike that can handle long pavement sprints as well. I think...

Sounds good. I'll be leaving here just before 9, or around there. I'll make a pit stop in Herington to load up with dad, then to the lake from there. I imagine we'll not be there until closer to noon. If you guys take off early, maybe check back about then? We should be there. Tye My truck is a jet...

I talked to my dad today, and I think I'm going to go up and spend some time there anyway. It'll give us some time to catch up riding with him to the lake. Thanks for the offer, though. Do you guys know where you are going to be? I assume if you leave by 9 you'll be there about 11? Tye Yup, should ...

Douglas "Bumper" Bump is riding up w/ me for sure. He PM'd me two weeks ago and I took for granted the fact that nothing was posted in here. I still have no problem hooking up to the trailer, in fact, I usually look for reasons to pull the trailer in order to justify the purchase. It is a brand new ...

I already have family obligations on Sunday, so it looks like I'm on for riding Saturday. I would prefer the cooler weather myself! I'll plan on leaving Wichita around 9:00, allowing the good 'ol sun to do it's thing in the morning and warm things up a bit. A full afternoon of riding will be plenty ...

Ok, dad's in. We'll have a good guide. Weather permitting, I'll be there. According to weather.com, as of now anyway, it's looking like mid-60's and overcast. Chance of rain is only 10%. It may rain a couple of days before, though. Looks like it may be the only factor, for now. A little rain would ...

ST. PATRICK'S DAY Ride At Milford ORV

I plan on warming up my trail riding skills at Milford for St. Patty's day--Sat. March 17th. I will be hauling up from Wichita if anybody wants to tag along...have truck and ramps for two, trailer for more if necessary. The ride, as usual, will be in Mother Nature's hands. Just flip a coin now. Head...

Thank you much Mr. Safiri!! Got the welding done and I got to hear some great riding tales from a nice guy. Hope to see you on a ride soon (that's what babysitters are for). The pipe looks great. Now I just need to see if I can get any paint to stick to it. If not, it's a KLR, nobody will notice. :...
