Thanks for the pics - now I have a new dream bike. That thing looks almost perfect...I could imagine it with a 2nd wheel set for some 606s and I wouldn't want another bike - ever.

Thanks for the review & info on where to purchase. We had these in Baghdad, Iraq where the temps were unruly during the day when dressed in body armor and kit. Didn't know where they came from though...only draw back (aka complaint from the men) with the early sets was they could were sometimes too ...

KLRed: I just completed an indirect ride on my 07 KLR 650 from SLC, UT to KC via CO. I too was concerned about my stock carb's jetting, but the KLR did fine. I'd do it again thru those mountain passes w/o re-jetting. One word of caution: I did not ride the interstates, so my speeds were mostly 65 mp...
